As a performer, I currently play in a Tool cover band called Apparatus, freelance with Top-40 bands to percussion with various Flamenco artists to performing with the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra.  

I'm a drum set instructor/local clinician and have had educational articles published on the Vater Percussion website. I've written numerous drum transcriptions that have appeared in Modern Drummer, Drumhead magazines and at DrummerCafe.com.

I also created JK Drum Solutions at www.jkdrumsolutions.com where I offer affordable full-detail rock drum transcriptions.
